Resumes

I had homework this weekend. It was my first official b-school assignment . . . for my Career Seminar. The first thing I had to do was create a profile in the Graziadio Talent Online job database. And then I had to create a resume based on the school template and upload it into the system.

My new resume is totally different than my old one. I had to keep it to one page and stick to the formatting and suggestions from career services. Both resumes are included here (old resume first).

I am definitely not a resume expert--and I'm sure I'll learn all about this in class--but I wonder what makes the new resume so much better than the old one.
